This past year, 2022, was an incredible year for the Minimum Effective Dose podcast.

My good friend, Brett joined the podcast as a co-host and I could not be happier with how season 2 went.

We had a chance to share about our cancer journeys, overused movie quotes, had some laughs and talked tons of shop about training. We explored all kinds of training topics including kettlebells, power development, conditioning, hypermobility, corrective exercise, training while traveling, professional development, group training, different types of programs and so much more.

We hope you enjoyed this last year and we are grateful to all of our listeners.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Mike and Brett

  • I have had the pleasure of enjoying Mike’s coaching for many years now at SOS! I have seen him grow and develop with a great innovative mind. He is a wealth of knowledge and always learning and teaching. Also I have been a student of Brett’s teaching over the years and he is a wealth of knowledge. I have enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the humor of the podcast. There are great tidbits of wisdom but yet great humor involved. Just today I was laughing outload listening to the podcast while training at SOS. I appreciated the transparency for in this podcast of having a therapist, focusing on family, and always learning. Keep up the great work great guys!
