SUCCEED is a completely customized training membership tailored to your specific needs. Whether your goal is fat loss, improved performance, muscle gain, better balance, or something else, we're here to design a training program to help you achieve big things.

As a SUCCEED member, you'll work closely with one of our coaches. We can design a program based on your goals, schedule, training experience and injury history (when appropriate). If you have any health conditions or injuries, your coach will work with you and your doctor or physical therapist to create a safe, effective program.

You'll meet with your coach for a full evaluation and movement screen before getting started. You'll also meet two more times with your coach in your first month so we can help you get acclimated to our gym and training systems. We want to make sure you're set up for success!

Every 4-6 weeks we will send you a new program. Your workouts will include a warm up, strength training, core work and metabolic conditioning based on your goals. We provide videos of each exercise so you have clear and concise directions on how to execute each workout. Plus, you'll be able to communicate directly with your coach between sessions. You can sign up for one coaching hour - small group training - per week with your coach. SUCCEED hours are a great opportunity to ask questions, get help with technique and stay on track. You'll also have access to all open gym times for your other workouts.

Our SUCCEED program is perfect for members of any age (high school and up) who have some training experience. It is NOT recommended for beginners. If you are new to SOS you should plan to begin with personal training or MOVE group training (adults) or COMPETE strength camp (high school). SUCCEED is for members who are mostly self-sufficient, but still need a little bit of guidance.

With SUCCEED, you will have all the support and accountability you need to get the results you are looking for. Your coach will help keep you on track, hold you accountable, and ensure you stay focused on reaching your goal.

We recently introduced a jump start package for those of you looking to get started with a little more one-on-one time in the beginning of your journey here at SOS. This introductory package includes 5 one-on-one sessions and is a perfect way to get started working closely with a coach to ensure you're on the right path, doing workouts that are both efficient and effective for you. (The jumpstart package can only be purchased one time per member.)

Our SUCCEED Customized Training Membership Includes:

One-time 60-minute personal training session that includes a comprehensive evaluation (Functional Movement Screen)

Individualized Custom Training Program every 4-6 weeks

2 Personal Training sessions with Your Coach the first month - Just You (Online or In-person)

Sign up for 1 training hour/week with a coach in a small group setting to answer questions, get help with technique, etc. (optional)
