PERFORM

PERFORM is designed for dedicated athletes looking to make significant improvements in their power, speed, strength and conditioning.

In our PERFORM program athletes work closely with a coach at all times to build upon their solid athletic foundation. The goal of PERFORM is to help athletes get as strong, fast and bulletproof as possible before their next season. We focus on exercises that build strength and improve speed and agility, power development, and conditioning.

We are always refining lifting technique with our athletes, but if you are brand new to training, COMPETE is the best place to start.

Currently, we meet twice a week in PERFORM and sessions are 75 minutes long. We had a wonderful summer of training with our PERFORM athletes and are continuing this as a month-to-month membership for the school year. This gives you the flexibility to sign up for as short as a month or stay all year long.
