Move Class

MOVE

We might be introducing a whole bunch of new classes, but MOVE isn't going anywhere. It's still our bread and butter class. (Just replace the bread with strength and the butter with conditioning!)

Our MOVE strength and conditioning classes hit on every aspect of strength and conditioning. During every class, our experienced coaches take you through a full-body workout including mobility, strength training and metabolic conditioning (cardio).

We design our MOVE classes to help you get stronger, burn a ton of calories and light your metabolism on fire. This isn't a cookie-cutter circuit training style boot camp, but rather it's a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for adults. We encourage our members to track their progress, train hard and train smart.

MOVE is for you if:
  • You want to get everything in one training session
  • You want to be efficient with your hour and get on your way
  • You're new to training or want variety within your workouts

KETTLEBELL

In our KETTLEBELL class, you will learn the skill of kettlebell training and get a killer workout at the same time. Our professional coaches will make sure your kettlebell training technique is dialed in. You will learn to train smart and hard at the same time. In these classes, you spend the entire session training with kettlebells.

Once you understand the ins and outs of kettlebell training it can be one of the most efficient and effective ways to build strength, melt away calories and built a resilient body.

Kettlebell training is wildly popular these days. Unfortunately, most coaches and facilities don’t understand how to teach and coach the skill of kettlebell training safely and effectively.

KETTLEBELL is for you if:
  • You're looking for a different training modality
  • You want to develop a new skill set
  • You already train with kettlebells and want to practice your skills or burn calories and build strength at at the same time

CONDITIONING

Our conditioning classes are designed to help you improve power, agility, conditioning and durability.

Conditioning is always a fan favorite. This is a fun class where you'll get to interact a lot with your training partners, pour sweat, burn calories and have a blast!

CONDITIONING is for you if:
  • You've been strength training during the week and want to keep moving
  • You want to develop and maintain your overall athleticism and conditioning
  • You like having fun
  • You are active outside the gym and/or want to improve in a sport
