Stephanie is a certified personal trainer and kettlebell coach at Skill of Strength. She is a former member of Skill of Strength who started in the same place most members start – the beginning. After working hard developing her own skills with kettlebells and barbells, she knew she wanted to share her passion for ‘bells and help others discover the confidence heavy lifting can bring to your everyday life.
In addition to coaching at SOS, Stephanie works a full-time desk job and understands first-hand how sitting all day can make you feel. She loves helping clients find movements that make them feel happy, healthy, and strong so they'll continue to incorporate fitness, and other healthy habits, into their lives long-term.
