A lot of people train at Skill of Strength. Every day we see business professionals, teachers, personal trainers and strength coaches, MMA fighters, retirees, moms and high school athletes. We like to consider everyone who walks through the door at Skill of Strength an athlete. Keep in mind each athlete is talented in his or her own way. Today, let's talk about some who has a job that is quite outside-the-box, Chris Gatti. To say he's an athlete and is talented feels like an understatement. Chris has been a gymnast since he was 4, holds a PHD in engineering and is an extremely humble guy. In fact, you may have seen him perform because he is in Cirque du Soleil! The first day he was at Skill of Strength, he walked on his hands for a half hour up and down the turf. No joke!! Check out the video below to hear Chris go over his 3 best tips on how to do a handstand.
