Develop your Strength and Conditioning Skills and Achieve Peak Performance On and Off the Field
We are passionate about helping young athletes develop confidence, strength, speed and power through our top-notch sports performance programs. We help each unique athlete build a solid foundation and properly progress from there to unlock their full potential. We coach every individual—whether in a class or personal training session—with a focus on proper form to reduce injury risk and maximize performance.
Each session includes dynamic warm-ups, coordination drills, power development, speed and agility, strength training and conditioning to help athletes develop the skills that are essential in sports such as lacrosse, soccer, hockey, dance, baseball and basketball. Our coaches, who possess extensive sports expertise, teach athletes how to safely execute strength programs tailored for optimal sports performance.
Training sessions include:
- Comprehensive Warmups: Efficient warm-up routines that help reduce injury risk
- Strength Training: Build raw strength through progressive resistance training including bodyweight movements like push-ups and pull-ups, plus the core lifts like deadlifts, squats, bench press, and lunge variations to build strength
- Conditioning: Improve endurance and overall fitness
- Power Development: Increase explosiveness and overall athleticism through plyometrics, medball training, jumping and landing
- Speed & Agility: Improve quickness, acceleration, deceleration and change of direction
Training Options:
- One-on-One Personal Training: Work with a professional coach to follow a personalized training program built for your goals, your body, and your life.
- Compete and Perform Group Classes: We teach young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe, supportive environment. Our coaches help them build strength, speed, and power—so they can perform at their best and stand out from the competition.
