College Athletes

Our collegiate athletic training programs are built for athletes who want to elevate their sports performance and meet the demands of high-level competition. Using advanced strength and conditioning methods combined with rigorous speed and agility training, we prepare athletes to be physically and mentally ready for every season.

Each college athlete receives an individualized training plan, backed by expert coaching and ongoing support. We take the guesswork out of preparation–so you can stay healthy, get stronger, and dominate on the field, court or track.

Professional Athletes

Athletes from various sports such as lacrosse, MMA, baseball, basketball, softball, football, and soccer, turn to Skill of Strength for professional-level and sport-specific training. Our programs are designed to maximize performance while addressing the unique demands of each sport.

Our “One Size Fits One” approach, every athlete receives an individualized training plan backed by nearly three decades of expertise. Whether you’re preparing for a pro career or already competing at the highest level, SOS delivers the tools, coaching, and support to help you outperform the competition and extend your athletic career.

Training Options:

One-on-One Personal Training: work with a professional coach to follow a personalized training program built for your goals, your body, and your life.

SUCCEED: for members who have prior training experience, and are comfortable and motivated to work independently with a little bit of guidance.

Return to Play: if you’re finished with physical therapy but not yet game-ready our Return to Play program bridges the gap between rehab and full performance. With expert coaching, tailored strength plans, and progressive movement training, we help athletes restore confidence, minimize reinjury risk, and return to their sport at full speed.
