Meaghan has had a lifelong passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their full potential. She holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, and as a former NCAA Division II field hockey player, she understands the dedication, discipline, and teamwork it takes to excel.
Her own athletic pursuits—including multiple sprint triathlons, local fitness events, a half marathon, and most recently, a full marathon—reflect her drive to push limits and keep growing. It’s the same mindset she brings to every athlete she coaches.
Meaghan focuses on efficiency, effectiveness, and meaningful connection. She helps athletes train smarter, move better, and perform stronger. She believes that understanding each person’s motivation is the key to unlocking their potential.
Her mission is simple: to inspire athletes of all ages and levels to embrace the process, challenge themselves, and achieve more than they ever thought possible, both in sport and in life.
