Who Should Join MOVE?


MOVE is built for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. Every workout can be modified to your individual needs and abilities, and every class is supportive,  challenging and community-driven.

It doesn’t matter if you’re starting a workout program for the first time or if you’ve been training for years. Every workout is designed to meet you where you are, with progressions and regressions based on your skill level, training experience, injury history, and current goals.


Over the past 15+ years, our SOS coaches have had the privilege of helping fitness newcomers to weekend warriors, student-athletes, and professional athletes reach their goals. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, boost endurance, improve your health or transform your physique, MOVE will support you every step of the way.

MOVE  strikes the perfect balance of structure, challenge and support to set you up for success from day one.

Our training facility is well-equipped with free weights, cages, sleds, ropes, kettlebells, cardio equipment and ample space for safe, effective workouts. With multiple classes and times offered 6 days a week, you’ll have the flexibility to build training into your schedule, not the other way around.

Plus, our MOVE programming is updated every four to five weeks to keep you engaged, motivated and progressing –  no plateaus here.

Types of MOVE Classes:

  • Strength and Conditioning - Full-body workouts that include mobility, strength training and conditioning.
  • Conditioning - Develop your power, agility, endurance and durability.
  • Kettlebell - Master the skill of kettlebell training – including swings, snatches, cleans, Turkish Get-ups and more.
