Kettlebell Swing Workshops

Held 1x/month at SOS and open to members and non-members.
You’ll learn to properly (safely and effectively) swing a kettlebell with 2 hands.
*Pre-req: Deadlift a 32K kettlebell 5 times.

Kettlebell Skills Workshops

Generally held 1x/month at SOS and open to members and non-members.
We offer Turkish Get Up, clean, snatch, and other various kettlebell skills workshops. *Pre-req: Demonstrate appropriate shoulder mobility - be able to lift your shoulder over your head comfortably!

Barbell Technique Workshop

Members only workshop held 1x/month at SOS.
Our barbell technique workshops are appropriate if you are looking to fine tune your deadlift or your squat of if you've been cleared by a coach to progress from deadlifting or squatting with kettlebells to using a barbell in our classes. *Pre-reqs: Deadlift: 60K kettlebell x5 Squat: Double 20K kettlebells x5 (men) / Double 12K x5 (women)

Mobility Workshop

Generally held every 1-2 months at SOS and open to members and non-members.
We offer various mobility workshops including upper body mobility, lower body mobility, foam rolling and more.

Online Nutrition Coaching Workshops

Six-Week Nutrition Coaching Workshop held 3-4x/year online and open to members and non-members.
It doesn't matter if you are looking to simply tighten up and feel a bit better or if you have 50+ pounds to lose. This program is designed to help you discover and implement a sustainable nutrition plan built precisely for you. to works well for you long-term.

You'll receive individual advice and macronutrient goals...and you'll get the support and motivation that comes with a group environment.

  • Learn to look at food and "dieting" differently (you will NOT be on a diet!)
  • Feel in control of your food choices even when you're not feeling super motivated
  • Gain the confidence you need to lose weight and keep it off for good
  • Gain access to our exclusive ongoing nutrition coaching and accountability group open to all who have taken our 6-week introductory nutrition workshop. This is a space where you connect, learn, and grow confident in your ability to control your health today, tomorrow, and forever.
