Bridging the Gap Between Fitness and Rehabilitation

Emerson Hospital’s Center for Rehabilitative and Sports Therapies offers physical therapy services on-site at Skill of Strength.

Unfortunately, injuries happen. Fortunately, you can get the help you need to aid in your recovery from surgical, orthopedic, sports and spine injuries right here at our facility in North Chelmsford. That's right, Skill of Strength and Emerson provide your rehabilitation needs in one convenient location for a true sports therapy program.

Emerson’s experienced physical therapists (PTs) treat student, college, professional and weekend warrior athletes at Skill of Strength using the latest techniques and movement assessments to help return injured athletes and active adults to the top of their game. We provide an atmosphere of open communication among patients, therapists and athletic trainers.

If you have an injury already, become injured or are not able to perform at your best, our strength coaches work closely with you and Emerson Hospital’s physical therapists to assess your issues and help you return to your highest performance levels as soon as possible.

Our members can receive the highest quality physical therapy right at our gym. With Emerson’s sports therapists and pediatric orthopedic surgeon on your team, athletes can receive the clinical help necessary to reduce pain, improve function and optimize their performance so they can recover fully.

Patients do not need to be members of Skill of Strength to use the rehabilitative and sports therapy Emerson Hospital provides on-site.
