As a survivor of a major illness, Cindy realizes more than ever the importance of a healthy lifestyle. It was after her illness that she developed a passion for motivating and training adults and children in hopes of showing them how to achieve and manage a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

As a working mother of two sons, Cindy understands the challenges of juggling family, career and home. She can also readily identify with the common tendency of women to put family and job ahead of their own health. It gives her great satisfaction to work with our clients and see them get healthier, grow stronger and ultimately change their lives for the better.
Cindy is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and has been working individually with clients for over 10 years.
