Although exercise plays an important role in achieving the body you want, you can’t overlook the importance of nutrition when seeking fat loss, strength gains, body composition changes and overall health and performance improvement.

If you’ve repeatedly struggled with dieting, you know that jumping on another diet program simply can’t be the answer. Our bodies are complex and there is simply no one-size-fits-all meal plan or way of eating that is going to work for everyone.

What you need instead is someone who can guide you on this journey by helping you figure out the important things you should be doing differently in order to reach your goals.

Nutrition programs are not one-size-fits-all. If you’re interested in learning what kind of nutrition plan is right for your body type and metabolism, we can help!

6-Week Online Nutrition Coaching

If you’ve failed at diets in the past, you may be discouraged. However, keep in mind, following restrictive meal plans and constant dieting is not a good long-term solution for anyone. You are not alone.

In our nutrition coaching, we’ll skip the diets and quick-fixes because they simply don’t work, at least not in the long run. Instead, I’ll help you achieve your goals by working with you to build a foundation for long-term, sustainable health.

Sure you’ll learn what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat. In fact, over time, you’ll discover a nutrition plan built precisely for you. Best of all, you’ll receive the motivational coaching and individual support necessary to help you put the plan into action, even when life tries to get in the way.

What’s required?

  • In order to join this group, you must want to change. You must be ready to change. You must be willing to change.
  • You also must take and submit before and after pictures. Note: these will not be shared with anyone besides your coach unless you want to.
  • You must commit to tracking your food. No you will not do this permanently - it’s not sustainable for most - but for 6 weeks you will track your food as it’s the only way to know the whole story. Don’t worry, there are multiple ways to track food so we can make it work for you.

Nutrition coaching groups are held online and open to members and non-members. In the private Facebook group I post daily lessons, we share our successes, challenges, and delicious recipes. Additionally, I work with each member individually via email. We go over food journals weekly and talk about habit changes that will help you implement your nutrition plan and continue making progress towards your goals.

Our online nutrition coaching groups are led by Amanda Perry, Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach.
