Our MOVE group training program is the perfect way to shake things up and help you break through plateaus to get results.

During every class, our experienced coaches take you through a full-body workout designed to help you get stronger, burn a ton of calories and light your metabolism on fire. This isn't a cookie-cutter circuit training style boot camp, but rather it's a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for adults. We encourage our members to track their progress, train hard and train smart.

We feel strongly about fitness and what it can do in your life and we want to help you get the most out of your time with us. MOVE members who get the best results train 3-4 days each week. Training is a commitment, not a quick fix..

It doesn’t matter if you are starting a workout program for the first time in your life or if you have been lifting weights for years. Each workout can be progressed or regressed according to your skill levels, training experience, injury history and current goals.

We offer a wide variety of classes and class times as part of our MOVE group training program. Additionally, MOVE members also have access to open gym times six days each week. All MOVE training classes incorporate mobility, strength training, core training and conditioning to help you get in the best shape of your life. .
