COMPETE is a principle-based training program specifically designed to help high school and collegiate athletes reach their goals.

Athletes in our COMPETE program build a solid athletic foundation while also working towards their sport-specific goals.

We are very specific about how we educate and train our athletes. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter programming which is why every athlete receives an initial evaluation and a personalized training program. By emphasizing proper exercise technique we work with athletes to help them build a solid athletic foundation while also working towards their sport-specific goals. Each athlete will progress at a rate that is challenging and goal-oriented.

At Skill of Strength, an experienced strength coach supervises athletes at all times. We place a strong emphasis on the fundamentals and we are adamant that athletes execute each exercise with proper technique.

We help athletes prepare for their season(s) and stay strong during their in-season. Our year-round program helps athletes stay committed to continually building strength and promotes injury prevention year-round.

We recommend athletes train 3-4 days each week to take full advantage of our strength and conditioning program and get the best results possible. When athletes are in-season we focus on strength training, mobility, regeneration and injury prevention.
