Learn to Lift.

Our COMPETE program is designed to teach athletes to perform strength training exercises safely and effectively.

We help athletes build a solid athletic foundation and cover lifts including the deadlift, squat, bench press, lunge variations, push-ups, pull-ups and various kettlebell and dumbbell exercises. Our coaches help athletes master these basics, with an emphasis on proper exercise technique. Additionally, we incorporate some conditioning at the end the session usually consisting of sled push/pull variations.

COMPETE is capped at 10 athletes. We meet twice a week in COMPETE and you can start the first day of any month as long as there is space in the program. You can cancel at any time with 14 days notice. (Cancel by the 15th of any month.)

Most athletes move on to our PERFORM program after meeting all requirements to graduate from COMPETE. A few move to our SUCCEED program. Our coaches can help you determine what's best for you based on your schedule/goals/maturity levels.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS: First family member (most expensive membership) pays full price and all other members get 10% off. This includes MOVE, SUCCEED, PERFORM and COMPETE memberships.
