Online Training
We are now offering online training! This is an excellent option for those of you who do not live locally or can not get to our facility in Chelmsford, MA on a regular basis.
To start, we will collect some basic information about your current training routine and fitness level as well as your medical history and injuries. Next, we’ll discuss your goals, where you’ll be training and how often you plan to workout.
After this, we will come up with an individualized plan that will help you meet your specific goals in the amount of time you have each week and with the equipment you have available.
Great candidates for our online training program have some previous experience with working out and are self-motivated enough to get to the gym or work out at home consistently without a scheduled appointment. (However, we do recommend you schedule your training appointments just as you would schedule a meeting at work!)
