Have you hit a plateau on your current workout program? Our MOVE. adult group training program is the perfect way to shake things up. During every session we will give you a full body workout where you’ll burn a ton of calories and light your metabolism on fire.

MOVE. is great for clients who enjoy a team environment, but still want to have a trainer with them every step of the way. All workouts are fun, effective and challenging and all exercises we do can be progressed and regressed according to individual skill levels, training experience and injury history.

Adult Group Training Chelmsford MAEach class starts with a comprehensive warm-up consisting of joint mobility, muscle activation and general movement preparation. For the remainder of the hour we shift our focus to strength training and metabolic conditioning.

We offer 15 MOVE. classes and 3 MOVE. – Kettlebell classes each week so you can choose the days and times that are most convenient for you.

Our MOVE. Kettlebell classes are technique-oriented classes where we teach clients the fundamental skills of kettlebell training. Every hour-long session begins with joint mobility and movement preparation. Next, we work on skill development and technique. Finally, we conclude each class with a strength and/or metabolic conditioning workout.

Every class is an opportunity to sharpen your kettlebell skills. Although there is a learning curve to proper kettlebell training, our experienced instructors will help you progress or regress exercises appropriately.

The instructor of each kettlebell class hold either an HKC or RKC from Dragon Door. These certifications are the gold standard in the industry. The majority of our classes are taught by Mike Perry, RKC II, who is one of the most sought out kettlebell instructors in New England. Read Mike’s reviews here.

Please Note: Before taking a MOVE. – Kettlebell class we require all clients to take one of our introduction to kettlebell workshops. In addition, all clients must be evaluated prior to the introductory workshop.
