All of Skill of Strength’s kettlebell trainers are StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructors and always stress safety during workouts. The mantra ‘do no harm’ is always on our minds. We provide one-on-one kettlebell training (which includes a full evaluation as described in our personal training section), offer several kettlebell classes each week as part of our MOVE. adult group training program and also offer introduction to kettlebell workshops most months of the year.
Before participating in our MOVE. Kettlebell classes, we require all clients take an introductory kettlebell workshop.
Upcoming Kettlebell Workshops
In our one and two-hour kettlebell workshops, we teach participants to properly swing a kettlebell. We also teach the kettlebell goblet squat and the turkish get up.
Whether you are a current kettlebell athlete looking to improve your technique or a beginner looking to start training with kettlebells, our introductory kettlebell workshops are appropriate for you.
We also offer advanced kettlebell workshops to teach advanced kettlebell exercises, such as kettlebell snatches and kettlebell presses. These workshops are great for clients who are looking to improve their kettlebell training technique.
Our kettlebell workshops are open to members and non-members.
