There are variety of strategies you can use when it comes to training for hypertrophy – building muscle. When you ask a coach the best way to build lean muscle,  kettlebell training is usually not a top preferred method.

Thinking kettlebell training for hypertrophy won’t work probably has to do with misapplication, bro science and inexperience.

When programmed correctly, kettlebell training can be an incredible tool to help you pack on muscle.
