Sports Performance Internships are offered year-round at Skill of Strength.
Not only are all of our coaches committed to training our athletes to reach their full potential, but we are also passionate about teaching aspiring coaches the ins and outs of the strength and conditioning profession.
Improve your skills as a coach by working closely with our team and participating in hands-on training with our middle school, high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Daily setup of gym and weight room
- Assist with athlete’s individual and group preparation each day
- Strength training – assist with spotting and technique, regressions, progressions and corrective exercises
- Conditioning – instruct and motivate athletes, manage work and recovery times required for energy system development
